- Due to hygiene reasons, our return policy for intimate wear includes special conditions.
Return Conditions
You may request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Products must be unused, unworn, untried on, with the hygiene seal intact, free from perfume, odor, or makeup traces, and in resalable condition with original tags attached to be eligible for return.
Opened underwear products, sheer items, panties, garter bottoms, socks, and all hygienic products are not eligible for return.
Return Process Steps

Step 2 – Approval & Guidance
You will be provided with the necessary return instructions and the shipping address.
Step 3 – Send the Product
Once your return is received, a quality control check will be carried out.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days using the same payment method.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 2 hours.
If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled; in this case, the return procedure will apply.
