Sales Agreement
Bilian Collection – Distance Sales Agreement
This Distance Sales Agreement is entered into between the Consumer and
Seller: Ali Bilgin – Bilian Collection
(here in after referred to as the “Seller”)
for the purpose of governing the sale of products and services conducted through www.biliancollection.com.
This Agreement is based on Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

Consumer Information
The consumer’s name, surname, address, phone number, email address, and IP information are declared by the consumer during the order process.
2. Subject of the Agreement
This Agreement covers the characteristics of the products purchased by the consumer through www.biliancollection.com, the sales conditions, delivery process, and provisions regarding the right of withdrawal.
The consumer acknowledges that they have read and electronically approved all preliminary information provided before completing the order.
3. Product and Payment Information
The type, quantity, sales price including taxes, shipping fee, and total amount of the products are displayed on the order page and approved by the consumer.
Payments are made via credit/debit card or other secure payment methods offered on the website.
4. Delivery
Products are delivered to the address specified by the consumer, generally within 1–7 business days.
The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by shipping companies.
The package must be checked upon delivery; if any damage is detected, a report must be prepared with the courier.
5. Right of Withdrawal
The consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of delivery without providing any justification.
NOTE: The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following products:
Underwear and fantasy wear products that are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons,
Used, tried-on, or products with removed tags,
Personalized or custom-made orders.
The withdrawal request must be submitted to the Seller via email or return form.
The Seller shall process the refund within 14 days at the latest after receiving the returned product.
6. General Provisions
If the Seller is unable to fulfill the order due to stock unavailability or technical issues, the consumer will be informed and the order may be canceled.
If the product price is not transferred to the Seller by the bank or is withdrawn, the consumer is obliged to return the product.
Products are offered subject to stock availability and campaign conditions.
7. Disputes
In the event of a dispute, Seller records shall constitute evidence.
The competent authorities are:
The Consumer Arbitration Committee at the consumer’s place of residence,
Consumer Courts.
8. Enforcement
By placing an order through www.biliancollection.com, the consumer declares that they have read, understood, and accepted all provisions of this Agreement.
