By using the website and completing forms containing personal information during membership registration and/or ordering, you are deemed to have accepted the terms stated in this agreement.

1. Terms of Use and Security Rules

biliancollection.com is open to all visitors. Unless otherwise stated, the services provided are free of charge.

In the following cases, the website administration may block the user’s access to the site and initiate necessary legal actions:

1.a Sharing information that is false, incomplete, misleading, contrary to public morals, or in violation of the laws of the Republic of Türkiye
1.b Unauthorized partial or complete copying of the website content
1.c Sharing username and password information with third parties or performing actions using another person’s personal data
1.d Attempting actions that may compromise the security of the website, damage the software, or aim to steal information

2. Use of Content

2.a All visual and written content, logos, icons, codes, and site methods available on biliancollection.com belong to or are licensed by Bilian Collection.
They may not be used for commercial purposes or published elsewhere without permission or proper attribution.

2.b The website design and software are the property of Bilian Collection and may not be copied or reproduced without authorization.

2.c The right to use comments, reviews, and suggestions submitted by users belongs to Bilian Collection.

3. Responsibilities

3.a When biliancollection.com is visited, information such as visit duration and pages viewed may be tracked anonymously in order to improve user experience.

3.b Required fields must be completed during membership registration, and the email address must be verified.

3.c The user agrees to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and announcements issued by Bilian Collection while using the website.

3.d If it is determined that the user has acted in violation of this agreement, the account may be temporarily or permanently suspended.

3.e The user may not use software such as bots or automated systems that may damage the website, overload the system, or perform automatic transactions. Otherwise, all legal responsibility belongs to the user.

3.g The user may not remove or alter copyright, trademark, or license notices included in the website content.

3.h Membership may be canceled by the user. Users who terminate their membership may not regain access.

3.j Bilian Collection is not responsible for relationships between users or between users and third parties.

3.m Special rules may be established for certain sections of the website; users who access these sections are deemed to have accepted such rules.

3.o The user declares that the payment information provided is accurate and accepts full responsibility for any consequences arising from its accuracy.

4. Notification Addresses

4.a biliancollection.com does not request a physical address from users. The email address provided during registration is considered the official notification address.

4.b If the user does not notify changes to their email address within 3 days, notifications sent to the previous email address shall be deemed valid.

4.c Notifications sent by Bilian Collection shall be deemed delivered 1 day after the email is sent.

The user declares that they have read, understood, and accepted all terms of this agreement and that the information provided during registration is accurate.
